Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)

» RDU is served by most major airlines, including Southwest. The airport is easy to fly into and is conveniently located. It is 15 minutes from St. Francis and 25 minutes from the Sheraton in downtown Raleigh.

» All major car rental companies are located at the RDU airport with shuttle service between the terminals and rental locations.

» There is no metrorail that serves RDU, but you can take a cab into downtown Raleigh for $30 or use a shared shuttle service for approximately $27.

TRAIN TRAVEL

Amtrak serves Raleigh and has a station located in downtown Raleigh. The Raleigh station is listed as RGH.

CAR TRAVEL

Interstate 40 runs right through Raleigh. You can find maps on the “Maps and Directions” link to the left.
